Paramedic shift working Mum and business owner Dad needing a live in aupair to help out with 3 children so we can still function as a family!

G'day, we are James and Anita, a happy family of 5 from a small country town in northern Victoria, Australia. We have never had an aupair before so this is all very new to us!
Anita is a paramedic and emergency nurse who works part time, but shift work. James owns a small mechanical business in town and works long hours.
Our beautiful, fun and busy children are Isabel, who is 6 and at school, Matilda who is 3 and will be at kinder one day a week and our wee little fella Angus who is 1.
We have a busy life, but the children are our first priority and we are looking for someone who can slot in and 'go with the flow'. We wont often need someone in the evenings unless Anita is working, and so these will be free to do as you please. Also the majority of the work will be during the week, so you will have weekends free to explore the area, or do some site seeing around Victoria. We are a short drive to a large city, and are just near the mighty murray river, which is great for camping and fishing.
Being able to drive and having an Australian Drivers licence is a must, due to our location.
We do not require someone for the 2 weeks over Christmas/new year so you would be free to go home/go travelling!
