Hi, we are a mixed family (NZ + Japan) and want to hire an au pair/nanny to help with minding our children, in english. We are a busy family, and require a flexible, happy, outgoing person for this role.

We are Grant and Yayoi Humphrey, living in Japan, not far from Tokyo. We have three great children aged 6, 4 and 2; Tyler, Hana and Joe

All 3 are at Kindy during the day, and Tyler will start school next year.
My wife and I both run our own companies, and are extremely busy. We need help with minding the children, and helping with their development. My wife and I both speak Japanese, and English, but our children speak mostly Japanese, and we would like a nanny to help us reverse this. As we are busy, all the caregivers we use now, only speak Japanese.
We are very flexible if you want time of to travel etc, and will work out a schedule that works for us both.
