We are a family of 4 with 2 boys 8 and 13.
Dear Au Pair
We are a family of 4 with 2 boys 8 and 13. We live inside Limoges. It is a beautiful typical French town. In Limoges there is a university where you may attend any classes. And you can reach everything by walking. The city is quite safe. We have a large house (for from French perceptive), you will have your own bedroom and your own bathroom.
We have 2 boys very kind, gentle and intuitive. They love sport; they do quite a lot of table tennis.
Our 12 year old boy is reasonable, respectful and sweet. Our 7 year old boy is precarious and fun. He has lots of energy smile. He has great energy and an infectious. He is a friend to everyone he meets no matter what their age. Our boys have all been considered favorites in their classes because of their kindness, ability to pay attention and overall attitude. They are all sweet and loving little guys.
We expect our au pair to be able to provide a warm, supportive and English speaking environment for our kids. They need gentle guidance and someone who isn't afraid to play with them in English. We are not expecting the au pair speak fluently French (even if you don't speak French is all right). We need light housework and cleaning up after meals for the kids. We are very hands on with meal preparation but we'd love to learn about your culture and your favorite foods.
To be more specific: we are looking for someone that will be loved by the kids. Someone to take care of the transportation (car or walking) after school from, and to their activities 4:30Pm to 6:30PM, helping them with the homework, preparing their dinner, kids laundry, playing with them and helping them acquiring the English language on top. Speaking French is a not compulsory for the au pair. The person will talk in English to the Kids. The Au pair will be part of the family.
The person takes on a share of the family's responsibility for childcare as well as some housework, in return for full board (meals) and their own private room with this own private bathroom. Please contact us for more detail; we will be happy to answers any questions.
