Thank you for reading our profile. We are Parag and Urvi, a married couple living in London with our 3 sons who are 2,5 and 8. Urvi works 3 days a week and we are looking for a lovely person to join our family and help us mainly Tuesday-Friday, starting in May 2016. We need help getting the boys ready for school and nursery as the older are at school from 8-4 and the youngest will start 3 mornings a week at nursery soon. We are looking for someone who loves children and is very trustworthy, reliable, caring, enthusiastic and energetic. It is important that you have previous experience looking after infants and young children and can provide references, ideally in the UK. We are looking for someone to live with us and would like you to commit to working with us for at least 12 months, with the option to extend. We look forward to hearing from you.
About us:
In our free time, we enjoy spending time together, laughing, entertaining and having fun. We live in a quiet, residential neighborhood within Cobham which is 45 minutes on the train into Waterloo station. We are offering a large double bedroom room in our house with access to a bathroom that will be shared with the children. We will provide a car and so would like a confident driver that has had their license for over 3 years without any convictions.
Ideal candidates would meet the following requirements:
•Genuinely enjoy working with children and focused on their safety, security and development
•Be very trustworthy, reliable, caring, enthusiastic and energetic
•Have previous sole-charge experience looking after infants and young children
•Can provide excellent references, ideally in the UK
•Have first-aid training and recent CRB checks
•Can work legally in the UK
•Are willing to cook healthy meals, do some light housework and babysit in the evening a couple of times a month
•Do not smoke
•Ofsted and childcare qualifications desirable, but not required
