We would like to have an au pair to look after our two children 8 a male and a 2 female), we can speak english (also our son) and we would like to improve it

We are Mara and Alessandro from Venice, Italy. We have two children aged 2 and 7. We are at our first experience with au pair, but we're looking for it!!
We need babysitting during the day, expecially in the afternoon, after school (and sometimes in the evening) which means that you are free to enjoy these as you wish. We also have a summer house by the Lido Di venezia which we would like you to spend some time with us in. We are both doctors and have a quite good knoledge of English. We would like a nanny or au pair who will fit in with our lifestyle and enjoy their time with us.
