Two boys (13 and 11) need help during our vacation

Hi there!
My name is Raffaele. I live in Livorno with my partner Alessandra and my children Sergio (13) and Alberto (11). In July, roughly the first two weeks, I and Alessandra will go on vacation without the kids. The boys are mature and independent, and know how to manage their lives; They do athletics and they cycle to training sessions every morning; often go to their friends places (even to sleep), often bring friends home (maximum 1 or 2). They can stay at home alone for several hours.

However they need someone who:
1. keep an eye on them (general controls: they're all right, make sure they get enough sleep, don' t use their mobiles all the time, etc.).
2. wash (we have a washing machine) their shirts and linen;
3. keep the flat neat and tidy;
4. use my car to give them occasional lifts to friends and places;
5. do some cooking: we have a light breakfast; at lunch the kids eat a sandwich by the sea; at dinner some pasta, and/or meat, and/or vegetables – but Alberto can cook.

It's not easy to quantify the exact amount of time that the job implies; some basic housework every day; some driving when needed; being at home some of the time the children are there (that is about 4 hours per day – at times it might even be for fewer hours but sometimes perhaps a bit more);.
It is essential to be at home with the kids at night.

I'm looking for a well referenced person, from 25 y.o. to 40, who loves children, and with a specific experience with teenagers. An excellent English would be preferable.
