Nanny/au pair needed by a Turkish and English speaking family living in countryside in England. Help with childcare - kids age 2,10 and 13

I am 38 living with my husband and 4 children. My eldest does not need looking after. I have 1 daughter and 3 sons. My daughter is 17, my sons 13,10 and 2. We are a loving family. We speak English and Turkish. We live in the countryside and the nearest city is Lincoln. There is a bus service everyday into Lincoln. Lincoln college is close and Boston college is 10minutes away. There is a gym,pool and cinema nearby. We have a large garden and own a family business.
