We are looking for a person who has experience with children (moms are very welcome) and share our educational ideas (eg. not blaming kids for not eating or having "tantrums" or similar things, but use empathy to get in touch with them and understand them; no use of punishments, but discussion to esplain them our reasons and listen to theirs). This view of life is mandatory to stay with us.
