French family with two kids, living near Geneva, Switzerland



Dear Au pair,

you want to learn French in a friendly, easygoing and multicultural family, you love to live very close to the nature (Geneva lake, French Alps; rivers, garden) and to spend time with children, then please look further to our family profile.

We live in a big renovated house in France, very closed to Geneva. Maven (9 years old) and Ines (5 years old) go to school in Geneva every day and we (the parents) bring them by car.

We are looking for a serious and reliable au pair, to start in January for 6-12 months. We have had au pair before and it has worked well for her and for us. We need very good driving skills to pick up the children from school by car only in the afternoons. Very good English knowledge is required, to continue teaching and speaking English to the kids and help with the English homework. We offer a large separate studio (with kitchen, bathroom, WC and separate entrance), 600 Euro per month, small car for a personal use. We pay also for French language course, health insurance and airplane tickets. One of the family member is also a French teacher in a Private Language School. We do not need a cleaning lady, nor a driver but a family member like a big sister, able to quickly integrate in the family life and provide some light household help.
