Hello, families out there! I hope to find and work for a family who value respect and will treat me like a member of their family...I had a 1 & half year babysitter (new born) experience and a 6 mos. caregiver training...I love children and really dont believe in physical to discipline them. They are children and they just do whatever they like because it's their nature.And they don't mean to hurt anybody anyway. They easy to forget and forgive others...As an adult I have to be very patient and tolerate them and love them just as they are.
