IO SONO UNA MATURA STUDENTE CHE PER LO SCAMBIO DI LINGUA IN FAMIGLIA. NON HO TATA O RAGAZZA ALLE PARI. Cara familia mi chiamo e' Geraldine, sono studentessa Inglese matura di 67 anni. Studio Italiano in corsi per adulti. Vorrei restare con una famiglia molto simpatica per 3 settimane il massimo perche ho bisogna migliorare mio Italiano. Non richiede il pagamento ma in cambio per auitare con il mio italiano saro' auito con competi Inglese, pronuncie e grammatica, capisco il bisogno per i gioveni (anche familia) parlare inglese,anche aiutero' con spesa al'supermarcato anche altre qualcose piccole.
Io anche per preparare semplici pranzi per i bambini, pasta e salsa pomodoro, e tagliatelle aui ragu'
Prendo sempre alle famiglie, attivita' libri e altre cose che aiuteranno i bambini con il loro inglese.
Vivo al mare in Kent, sud-est di Inghilterra vicino Canterbury e Dover, Londra e' uno ore e 18 minuti di treno. sono nata nel Sud Galles, ho vissuto in Inghilterra per 55 anni. Mio Marito e' Scozzese di Glasgow. Ho una sorella e due nipoti adoro molto.
Tante anni fa quando aveva 22 anni ero un au pair per un familia in Bologna. Io vado a Bologna ogni anno.

Dear family, my name is Geraldine, I am English mature student 67 years of age looking for a language exchange family. I am studying Italian at an adult education centre in Canterbury. I want to stay with a very kind family for a maximum of 3 weeks as a language exchange person. I need to improve my Italian without having to refer to the dictionary and verb book. I retired from the Civil Service where I was a Tax Collector for 34 years.
I am not asking for payment but in exchange for your hospitality and help with my italian I would speak to the children in English, help with their English homework, take children for walks and help with the shopping at the supermarket and other little things. There is a chance that I may be able to return to the family.
I am able to prepare simple pasta with tomato sauce and tagliatelle with ragu'.
I always take to the families activity books to help the children with their english.
I live by the sea in Kent which is the south east of England near Dover and Canterbury, London is approx 1 hr 18 mins away by train. I was born inSouth Wales and have lived in England for 54 years, my husband is Scottish and comes from Glasgow. I have a sister and 2 very gorgeous nieces who I adore very much. Every year I visit Bologna, I have taken my sister and nieces there also. When I was 22 yrs old I worked as an au pair for a family in Bologna.
