Nanny needed for newborn, 9 hours a day, M-Th, and 8 hours on Fridays.

We are looking for an experienced nanny to take care of our newborn while we are at work. We are looking for someone who is willing to care for our child according to our parenting methods (no spanking or hitting; no cry-it-out tactics). We prefer someone with a college degree or childcare/education experience, and someone who is a Christian or at least will respect that our household is a Christian household. Above all, this person must love kids, be trustworthy and kind, have knowledge of child development and psychology, and be responsible. Ability to speak both English and Chinese would be great! However, only one of the two languages is required (either one).
