Beautiful house in Windlehsam with its own grounds and really historic house that Charles Darwin used to live in. Family has 2 (near grown up) children 17 and 18 and 2 smaller children who the au-pair will look after aged 7 and 10. Mother works in London full-time and father lives close and helps out sometimes. Really lovely artistic, fun family who just need a safe pair of hands and someone with an independent mindset and a can do attitude. In the middle of no-where but close to a train station that is 40mins from London and 5 mins from shops.
We are very active and love talking in the evenings. The older girls are very thoughtful and study hard. The younger 2 children are easy to get on with and need someone who can spend time teaching, loving and explaining the world around them in a fun way when I'm not around. It's imprtant to be flexible and we always give the au-pair weekends off and 1 day mid-week. It helps to be relaxed and easy going in our house as we are all working and out lots so one day is never quite the same as the next x
