Hi, we are an active easy going family that loves the outdoors. Both parents and all the children are into sports but we also like arts and crafts as well as music. We care deeply for nature as a whole, and all human beings and animals alike. We want the children to be compassionate towards each other and everything living, we want them to be open-minded and not religiously or politically indoctrinated in any way. We eat mainly a vegetarian/vegan diet at home.

We are a Swedish-Kiwi family living 20 min outside Gothenburg (Sweden's second largest city) next to a beautiful lake. The transport connections to Lerum (our local town) are easy and also to get into Goteborg its very easy also.
We have 5 children aged 14, 12, 10, 6 and 2 years old. One cat and one rabbit also belong to our family. All the kids love different sports and outdoor activities as well as taking it easy and watching movies. The toddler is very active and happy, and he loves when people read books to him.
You will be required to look after the three youngest children since the two oldest mainly take care of themselves. One of the most important qualities we're looking for in our au pair is flexibility. Others are of course honesty and reliability.
