Nanny/ au pair needed for a multi-cultural, laid back family of professional parents and a lively 4 year old boy.

Dear Aupair,
My name is Archana and my husband is Matthew. We are looking for a lovely young person who will become a part of our family and will help look after our beautiful little boy, Sahil who is going to be 4 in a few weeks.
We live in Wymondham, a 'historic market town' just outside Norwich, with a beautiful 900-year-old abbey, lots of quaint shops etc. It is 11 minutes on the train from Norwich, there are also buses. There are English courses in the High School in town as well as several in the city and the university.
We are both busy professionals - I am a hospital paediatrician and my husband is a university lecturer. We are truly multicultural - my husband's roots are Italian, English, American and Welsh; mine Indian and British. Between us we speak 5 languages - English, Malayalam, Hindi, French and some Bangla. English is our first language and the primary language at home. We are very liberal in our outlook, and are open to and interested in all sorts of cultures and lifestyles. We are a very laid-back family, who don't mind eating breakfast in their pyjamas! We believe the best way to bring up a child is by giving him a lot of warmth, affection, safety and setting good examples for him. We are strictly non-smoking.
You will need to be with him all day during school holidays, play with him at home, take him to the nearby parks, swimming pool etc, and also cook simple meals for him and supervise meal times. During term time, he'll be at school from 8.45 till 3.15. You will have to supervise him getting ready for school, walk him to school and bring him back after school. One of us is usually home by about 6 pm, but you'll need to feed him dinner and be with him until we are back. This will be the schedule for at least 4 days a week. There will be occasional babysitting in the evenings - once or twice a month. During school term time, you will free to go to English classes or engage in other activities during the day.
