Aupair/mothers help needed for easygoing Australian family living in world famous Island tourist destination!
Hello!
We are an Catholic Australian family living on Phillip Island, 5 minutes walk from one of the worlds most famous beaches. Our Island is known worldwide for it's unique fairy (little) penguins, seals, whale watching and unique wildlife as well as it's many beautiful beaches. It is a premier tourist destination and has lots to do both day and night.
We live in a large home where you will be welcomed by two very laid back stay at home parents and four amazing children. Mum was an aupair in Australia, Europe and the US before we had our own family so has a deep understanding of the experience and looks forward to helping someone else have the amazing experiences she did.
Unfortunately Mum has heart failure and we are looking for a helper to assist her. You will have access to the car if you drive. Very large home, your own private bedroom, food, board and pocket money. You will have LOTS of free time as we both stay home and the opportunity to babysit for others at a very high pay rate. Nights will be your own.
We would like someone who will respect our religious beliefs, help supervise the children, play with the children, help take the children outdoors and to the beach, help with light household tasks (we have a cleaner) supervise schoolwork and help take the children to church and other activities. Basically be an extra pair of hands to help Mum who can't physically keep up. Our girls are 13 and 11 and our boys are 5 and 3. The three eldest are school age and our youngest who is autistic goes to nursery school during the week. We are flexible when it comes to our preferences, if you don't drive great public transport is available and we are happy to discuss any other concerns or information and provide excellent references to suitable candidates.
We look forward to welcoming a friendly, non judgemental and sweet girl/lady into our home to experience our unique, Australian Island life.
