We are a New Zealand /Scottish family living in Kuala Lumpur with a 4 year old son who will be starting school in KL in January. We are very easy going, we do not accept the nanny to be on her phone or txting/calling when she is working or especially looking after our son. Your social life is for you in the evening (this is my one main rule)
