Au pair needed to help with grandchildren, home and small dogs

We often have our grandchildren to visit. Their ages are 11 year old twin girls, 2.5 years and 3 months. We have five small dogs (bichon frise) that are cute and friendly. We would like someone that is flexible and cheerful. They must love dogs as they are required to dog sit if we go away for a few days. We are a friendly informal family and have had au pairs for many years. Most of our past au pairs have stayed longer than they planned! Our au pairs are treated like one of the family and like them to feel 'at home' with us.
