Au Pair needed to work with other au pair

We are very interested in finding a loving, happy, single young woman to spend at least 3 months with us from June, 2017. Must be bubbling with enthusiasm for life and be naturally affectionate, and open-minded. We're both used to traveling and living abroad, so we have a pretty good idea of what it's like to live in another country. We've done it both together and alone. We're primarily friends. as a result - we never argue.

We have a full-time nanny, two au pairs and a cleaner. We can also send you reference letters from our previous au pairs.

Like everyone, we think we are a very loving, happy family!. The children already have a full time nanny who lives out. Mom and Dad are both Professors at Oxford University, and the whole family are UK/US citizens. Nancy's from San Francisco, and Dave from Birmingham, UK. Dave speaks some Spanish, worse French and even worse Russian. Nancy is fluent in Italian. The children are much better behaved than most (we've been told). They've been very loving to everyone we've worked with. David does like to throw his food on the floor occasionally. That's usually baby David - not Dad David.

We've asked the kids (well, the oldest two) to describe the family!

Dennis is a happy chap (he just dictated this) who is 7 years old, and loves building things. Louise (5-years old) tells me she is wearing a pretty lemon dress and loves Mommy and Daddy and wants someone else to love. She also thinks it's important to tell you that her favorite color has changed from pink to yellow, but now she thinks it might be dark pink. The twins (Esmé and Caroline) are 4 years old, but are very different. Caroline is meek and caring, and Esmé is a bundle of energy and hugs. Both of them just told me that monkeys are their favorite animals. So they do have some things in common. Caroline just told me to say that wants to be known as "Caroline Catherine Who Likes Owls, Elephants and Angels". Baby David (as he's known to everyone) is doted on by Caroline and has just started walking. His hobbies are smiling and putting things in his mouth.

Louise says her favourite (non-Disney) song is Take The Weather With You. But it's still not as good as any song from Frozen. Dennis tells me his is Tell Me Why (Beatles). Both will probably change next week. Caroline currently loves Pablo Alborán (Perdóname). Louise always picks her pretty clothes out the night before, and lays them out ready. Dennis goes with whatever's on the floor. All the kids sleep in the same, big room, with staggered bedtimes. They love it that way, and are great company for each other. The most important things in our house are love, fun and kindness. We never get angry. And we'd love you to share in it - and to feel you can just be another, lovely, adult member of the family.

Our previous nannies have travelled with us to New York, Amsterdam, Cambridge, Disneyworld in Florida, Washington DC, on holiday on the beach in Devon, and to Bath & Brighton. Sometimes, we'll take you (only optionally!) to places without the kids so we can enrich your cultural experience - some places aren't for kids! Of course, you can spend time travelling on your own, as well as with our company. We currently have two au pairs from Germany and Spain.

We don't see this as a job, or a travel experience. We want someone who can be part of the family, and we really want the kids (and you) to have fun! A sense of humour is really an essential: someone who can do more than laugh, but can create humour. We'd like a kindred spirit to share our thoughts with, an old head on young shoulders. We want you to be a happy equal, in love with life.

You won't have to cook.
