Au pair needed for 1-2 yrs for an American/Italian family living in SW England with 4 year old boy and a sweet dog. We'd like someone that can teach our son Mandarin and prefer a driver, but it's not required. 25-30 hrs per week, including light cleaning (dust and vacuum), and flexibility to work some extra hours when one of us is traveling.

We are Rachelle and Paola from Orlando Florida and Vicenza Italy. We have one son, Zacharia, and we will live in England for the next 3 years. Zac is 4 and has been with mandarin speaking au pairs since age 1, and understands the language well. We have enjoyed the time with our au pairs very much. Rachelle is in the military and Paola has a company that produces/sells sports clothing. Zac goes to school during the day but needs some help preparing for school in the morning and learning and playing in the evenings. We are looking for an au pair that will work around 10 hours on the weekends when we are cycling and doing chores or errands. You will have 2 days off each week and 4 weeks of paid holiday. On your days off you can travel around the U.K. The bus and train systems work well and the nearest train station is 2.4 miles away. Gloucester is 2 miles away and Cheltenham - a very chic town - is just 20 minutes away. We will travel around the UK and would like you to come too. There are also tons of fantastic hiking trails all over and we like to go for walks with Zac and our awesome dog, Koa. In the evenings we like to watch TV before bed. Often one of us must travel for work so request the au pair be flexible to work some extra hours in these cases.
We would like a tiddy, mature, self-motivated au pair who will fit in with our lifestyle and enjoy their time with us.
