Dear Au Pair

We are Andy and Uzma, a British family living in Brisbane, Australia. We have four Children, girls aged 4, 3, and 1 year old twins, one girl one boy. Andy is a surgeon and works erratic hours often starting early and finishing late. I am not currently working but need some help particularly in the mornings and at bedtime. You would never be on your own with 4 as I will always be around. We are hoping to find an au pair who loves children and would become a part of our family and help us enrich the children's lives, rather than just being an employee.
