We are half Finnish, half British family to look after our 1 year old daughter during the week.

We would need her to look after Ria 4-5 days per week whiles I am teaching. The hours would be approximately from 8am - 15:30 but in some days the grandmother would like to also spend with Ria which will give more free time for the au pair. Sometimes we would like to also have a date night as a couple and would like to give one day off during the week and for exchange ask for the au pair to baby sit during another evening. This would not be regular but love to have that flexibility from the au pair to help
