We are looking for a mature and reliable aupair. We follow an active and healthy lifestyle (physically and food), ie. no sneaking in sweets to our children!. Your English does not have to be perfect - just understandable! Both of us are professionals. We will help you know the town, bus and train routes but expect you to be independent after. There is a bus to downtown right outside our house.
Dear Aupair,
We're looking for someone mature and independent who will be responsible and trustworthy in taking care of our kids while we are at work and keeping the house clean. In your free time you can explore the city and make new friends or hang out in your room privately without being bothered by the kids or us. You'll have internet access and only share a bath with our eldest daughter. We really do like our privacy so an independent aupair is very important to us!
We live in a central location walking distance to the city centre and shops and only a short bus ride away. Schools in Aberdeen start at 9am and finish at 3:15 or later, and our 4yr old goes full-time nursery so your duties will mainly consist of walking the 8yr old to and from school and activities, and making sure the housekeeping duties are done during the day. Once the kids are home from school, you'll give them snack and make sure they are doing their homework after a small break and play, then supper and ready for bed.
This schedule leaves you around 5hrs free each afternoon without kids to do the housework and have your free time. You can take evening language classes. Mom is a school teacher and dad travels a bit so flexibility is important on all our sides.
Your Sundays are off.
