My Minder is an Australian agency placing Au pairs throughout Australia in city, rural and remote locations with busy families. We have a range of opportunities with pre-screened families, so please contact us for further information.

We have a range of busy Australian families who are looking for an Au pair to become part of their family whilst giving them flexible care options for their children as well as helping them with light household duties. Each family is pre screened with clear expectations given about duties/hours worked/weekly pay. We provide an orientation for all Au pairs and on going support once a placement has been made. We have partnered with a major travel agent so that you are able to access our special prices for flights. We can also help you with the organisation of your visa.

Our requirements for an Au pair include the following:

At least 100 hours childcare experience
A clean criminal record and be able to provide a criminal check
A very good driving record (all infringements need to be disclosed)
Two child care related references and one personal reference
A working holiday visa (Sub class 417 or 462)
If you are entering Australia on a student visa you may work up to 40 hours per fortnight during semester time as a Demi Pair.
