Seeking Babysitter for 1-Year Old

My husband and I grew up in the States and moved to Taiwan for work in 2013. I have a full-time job and my husband is a chef who is currently planning on opening a restaurant in Taiwan. We are quite easy-going and open to different ideas/methods. We have an 1-year old who is calm and curious of the world and another infant to be born in 2017 Jan. We'd like them to grow up in a supportive environment with positive disciplinary and hard limits certain behaviors.Currently, seeking for a nanny to take care of my 1-year-old until the infant is born and then be dedicated to take care of the new born.
