Au pair needed for our family with twin boys (4yo in August 2016 and new baby born August 2016), to become part of our family to make life easier for all of us

Hi we will be a family of 5 and are looking for our next long term AU pair (AU pair no 6).
Dad works for himself full time as a contractor to a swimming pool company and mum works 4 days per week at a local council office.
Twins go to day care 3 days per week , baby's day care to be worked out.....twins will be at school 2018...currently we need a AU pair to look after us all day on Tuesdays and Thursdays and the odd night or evening ( occasional weekend work, but lots of notice given ) so mum and dad can have a night off!!
Our AU pair had located extra work during the week looking after other twins...so between 3 to 4 families is working close to full time!! But that's was by her choice to earn extra money to fund holidays for her self.
We are identical twin boys and will be 4 years old in August 2016....we are very fun and loving ...we know our previous AU pairs and new best friends will be hard to replace but we looking forward to mum and dad finding us a new play mate, supervisor, family member ect.
Please note we are after someone to be part of our family not just someone that works for us .....we encourage our AU pair to holiday with us and come out to places we visit.
