nanny/au pair needed to take care for 2 babygirls: 3years and 18 month, newborn arrival- for playing in our big garden, improve creativity, music,drawings and teaching english

We are a family with a babygirl of 3 years old and a second of 18 months and newborn. We work in farming and interior design and we like to stay in nature and outdoor. We live in the city but with a beautiful big garden. We are half english and would like to introduce english speaking to the babies. We are looking for somebody that can continue with us a good education, teaching and improving the baby knowlegment and improve creativity.
we require help with both girls, babies' toys cleaning, and a full time au pair position.
