We are a German/Spanish family living in Barcelona and are searching for an English speaking Au pair to take care of our son (2.5yo) and daughter (1yo) for a few months in 2016. We are looking forward to hear from you!

Hi to all nannies/au pairs!

We are Evelyn and Sebastian and live in Barcelona, Spain. I am from Germany and work in the Marketing department of an airline and Sebastian is from Mallorca and works as an ATC at the airport of Barcelona. Our son Tom is 2 years old and our daughter Laya is 7months old. During the summers of 2014 and 2015 we had our first aupair experiences and since they went really well, we would like to repeat again next year.

As we're an international couple, we would like for Tom and Laya to grow up learning as much as possible about different cultures and learn other languages, too. We are ideally looking for an English native speaker to take care of them, so they will get into touch with the English language early on in a playful way. I usually speak German with the kids, Sebastian Catalan and we speak Spanish (Castellano) with each other.

Our daily routines: Tom usually attends daycare from 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday, but Laya is still at home with us. Since I will start working again in March after my maternity leave, we primarily need someone to take care of Laya, but also to help out with Tom in the evenings & weekends. Laya is going to be almost 1 year old when I return to work and we would like for her to be in hands of someone experienced in taking care of babies. As for Tom, he is a very active, lively and happy little guy who loves to be outdoors, run and play - the more the better! :-)

We live in an apartment close to the beach and the city center, so during your time off you will be able to enjoy Barcelona and visit all the interesting places the city has to offer. We are an openminded and active family who loves living here and are sure Barcelona is a wonderful place to spend some time in.

We would like to find a nanny / Au pair who has experience in taking care of toddlers and babies, is responsible and enjoys spending time with children and who fits in with our lifestyle! We are flexible regarding the dates and would consider having someone for a minimum of 3 and maximum of 7 months, either part or full time.
