I would like to take care of children in a family and participate in the daily tasks while being able to discover and immerse myself in the culture of South Korea. I am an artist, I like to make music, sing, paint, design clothes but what I like most of all is dancing and I do not want to stop this passion. I only wish I had some time to dance and discover Korea. I am an energetic and smiling person, I like to make everyone feel at their place and I like to spread happiness around me. I am very patient and I usually do even the things I don't like to do because I can find a lot of motivation. I am a sociable person but a little shy that can be totally at ease if I start to know the person. I am a very understanding person and I like to be on good terms with everybody. I am quite athletic and studious. I have a sister but my parents are separated so I live in a blended family. I have two half brothers and a half sister. I don't have a boyfriend. I passed my baccalaureate in 2022 in France with a major in cinema, audiovisual and history-geography. I am doing a civic service in a school this year. I also worked as a maid in a castle for 3 months. I like to go out as well as stay at home, I like to discover new things, go to museums and exhibitions. My favorite thing is to spend time on my passions like singing or dancing. I also like to stay at home from time to time to watch series, play board games, bake. I learned to play drums and piano a long time ago. I have already babysat the children of my mother's friends, I work in an elementary school where I teach children to read, I also help them with homework, we do creative workshops. I work in this school since September 2022 and until the beginning of July 2023. My mother tongue is French but I also speak English very well which I learned at school and by watching series, films or videos in English. I also speak Spanish which I learned at school and a little Korean which I learned by myself with textbooks and a teacher. I would say that I have a pretty good level in English, a little less in Spanish and I am a beginner in Korean. I have never lived abroad but I have been to Spain and Italy a few times and I don't mind adapting to the culture of a country and its language. I decided to become an au pair because it's a good way to discover a country at low cost and to get in touch with local people. You can also take your own pace by taking care of a family and having people to guide you. My goal is to find out what I want to do later if I can't fulfill my potential in dance, so what better way than to travel and meet new people and new cultures? What I expect for my au pair stay is to find a country where I feel comfortable, to meet new people with a different vision of life and maybe to be able to blossom in the dance. I would like to go to South Korea because it is a country that inspires me daily in my art and it is a culture that I particularly like. I imagine my host family to be warm and welcoming and to consider me as a member of the family just as I would count on them. I would like a family with whom I can develop strong bonds.
