My name is Christine Meyer and I am from South Africa. I am an easy going person that will fit in with the family easily. I love to care for children.

I have been working with children for the past couple of years through my involvement at an aftercare centre during my high school years and I really enjoyed it! I was one of the group leaders responsible for setting out the weekly activities. I know how important it is in today's rushed time to ensure that children grow up in a fun, carefree and safe environment. I would love to do my bit to contribute to that.

Since completing my senior certificate at the end of 2019, I have been doing part time work. I have applied to become a foundation phase educator (Grade R) in 2021, through an online course.

I was part of an exchange student program in 2017, and spent time in Belgium, London and Paris. We interacted closely with the children and lived in their homes. I fell in love with the beautiful countries and people. Whilst in Belgium, I thoroughly enjoyed our day trips to Antwerp, Brussels and Gent.

I feel I would fit right in helping with your children and I know I am easy to get along with.

I would also like to mention that I am working with another au pair agency that specialises in placements in The Netherlands. They do all the necessary background checks and have extra information about the au pair to make you feel more at ease. If I am a potential au pair, we can work through that agency.
