I'm Elvira from Philippines and I'm looking for a host family. I would love to become your next Au Pair and be part of your family. I love to meet new people and learn other culture and also to introduce and share my culture to your family as well.
Currently I am living alone in the city since my family is living in the province. I am employed as a Travel Consultant at Traveloka Philippines and previously as Customer service assistant.
I love children and enjoy spending time with them. I am prepared and I am well aware of the fact that being like a big sister for your children comes along with responsibilities for them and it will not always be just play and fun. My calm and patient personality will help me to master more difficult situations for instance when the kids are tired or don't want to listen to me.I am sure that I will adapt to the new tasks and daily routine quickly and become a big help for you.
I describe myself as adventurous, friendly and loving person. I love outdoors activities. In my spare time, I love to go nature trip like mountaineering or beach, I love to travel and also I love to cook. During my weekends I am practicing rowing since I am part of an amatuer dragon boat team in the Philippines and I have so much fun. Being with the team taught to become a better version of myself. They taught me about how to communicate with different people, personality and character which help me a lot with my social interaction. They taught me how to work as a team and trusting each other to achieve one goal. I become more friendly and loving them as my own family. I love the camaraderie of the team.
I love to challenge myself in everything to become a better person. I am very passionate person. I love what I am doing. I am very friendly. I can adapt and adjust easily. I am trustworthy, warmhearted and independent.
I gained experienced in child care. I was 10 years old I started taking care of my cousins since I lived with them before. Then when I got older and already in high school I took care of my youngest brother while my mom and dad are working. When I graduated from high school, my parents weren't able to send me to college because they are not capable and we are poor. So I started to work as a nanny for a Chinese family. I took care two kids 2 years old and 6 months old baby. I lived with them for 2 years until they moved to Taiwan. I got another job as nanny to a newborn baby. It was a very challenging responsibility taking care children, but also taught me how to be responsible and became more patience and love kids like my own. I am really sure that I have charm for the kids and I know how to play and have fun with them. I was able to visit some of the orphanage before and played with the kids.
