Hello there!
First of all I want to thank you for reading my letter and for giving me the chance to give you a little impression of me and the reasons why I would like to become an Au Pair. My name is Jonalyn just call me Jona from the City of Friendship, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, born on the 21th of April 1996. I'm a Filipino, and I am now currently living here in the San Fernando City, La Union, Philippines. I finished Bachelor of Science in Office Administration. I love helping and taking care of people especially taking care of children which I can apply my knowledge and share my values. If you will give me a chance to be a part of your family, I'll be grateful. We can help each other to learn new possible things based on your culture and my culture. We can help each other molding your children to the most possible way they could be. The most important reason why I want to be an AU PAIR of course is that I like children. I love them, because they represent all the innocence which we lost growing up. I love seeing how they develop and learn new things every day and I would be really grateful if you'll give me the chance to learn more about your culture which is my greatest wish. I'm looking forward to try new things. I've chosen Europe because I would really like to learn more about specially your raditions, and because of that, I'm looking forward trying out new things, get to know the European way of life and also to have unforgettable experience. I would like to tell you more about my experiences with children. I started to look after children when I was in elementary, highschool until I graduated in college. I also worked in La Union (1200 miles away home) and took care of 6 months baby and now she's turning 1 year old this January 25. I have so much experience in taking care of children especially when I was still in Bohol. I would be really excited to live with you and to be part of your family.
In my 23 years of existence, life is so meaningful to me that a family is a strength to look forward in life even challenges are just coming out anywhere. Thru this experiences mold me to become a better person and hope this personality can fill your qualification that you are seeking for your Aupair. I am a hardworking person since were a big family (10 siblings). When I was 8 years old I am responsible to look after to my youngest sisters and brothers (dad's 2nd family). I worked in a cacao beans before were we molds cacao beans while studying in Evening Class at Cogon Night High School. When I was 17 years old, I left my hometown and continue my study in San Fernando City, La Union and I worked as a baby sitter while studying in Evening Classes at La Union National High School (Evening Classes). My host family helped me sending to college at Saint Louis College and arranged my class schedules and work and everything went nicely. I had my internship at the City Health Office and Concubierta Law Office. Life here is different from my hometown. The language, foods and traditions are not easy but because of my determination everything is awesome. I can talk and understand basic Ilocano and I love their foods and culture here. I been living here 6 years aIready. I challenge myself again to take another step to look for opportunity and find a Host Family to serve, to learn, and let me to be part of the family.
