Hi! My name is Rachel. I love working with kids and I am looking for an experience to immerse myself in a different culture to learn more abut traditions and customs around the world. My favorite hobbies include reading, swimming, hiking, and I love to use my imagination. I am creative and intuitive, and I know I can bring a joyous and positive energy to add to your family! Ideally, I would love to be an older-sister type to your children, while looking after them and providing any help you need (including housework, driving, entertainment, etc.). I would also love to have some time to learn more about the language and culture I am surrounded by, whether that be taking classes or exploring. I look forward to meeting you!

Here's a little more about me. I am from a 4-person family in the United States in the midwest region. I attended a private high school and graduated with honors. School has always been something I was very passionate about and my love of learning has been a guiding factor throughout my life. I have had lots of previous child-care experience. Since I was 13 I have been babysitting and over the summer I was a camp counselor where I looked after girls ages 6-12, and also taught activities to girls and boys ages 6-14. I also have experience tutoring younger children (ages 7-10) and would absolutely love to help your kids with homework if needed. All in all, I wish to add my love of learning, curiosity, and fun spirit to your family!
