Chie 22, a Teacher, currently living in the Philippines looking for Au pair Job
Hi! I'm Chie :) I have tons of experience with kids, as I come from a big family and also being a grade school teacher. I am a certified first aider and I've been a volunteer with Philippine Red Cross for almost 4 years. I am willing to be part of your family. I am enthusiastic and sensitive to children's needs. Additionally, I am a reliable person and open minded to learn something new and I used to work a lot at home doing chores that I found myself happy doing it so its a plus point to lessen your worries and also I wanted to make a difference in your little one's life and create memories that will last a lifetime. Being an Au pair would give me great experience while doing something I'm passionate about. My experienced as a teacher is a great help for me to handle children and give sufficient support, love and care like they are my own kids. I am hands on when it comes to them and I am amaze to see their progress in their perspective in life and social involvement. I can help children in their studies and at the same time in building their characters. I am also an active volunteer in a different organizations in our city conducting activities and programs for children and their family as well. I was born and raised in the Philippines and lived in a small town with my grandparents since I was in a high school and also taking care of them. My father died when I was a little kid and a couple of years after my mom married to my step dad Mario. I have 4 siblings composed of 3 girls and 1 boy and I'm the second one. In my younger age my parents taught me to be a responsible one especially doing chores at home that includes cleaning, cooking, washing the dishes, doing laundry and even groceries. My grandparents can't do much thing anymore at home so I handle all things at home from sunrise until in the evening. Every weekends I also took care of my uncle's kids and help them with their studies.
I got my bachelor's degree last year and now I am a licensed teacher. I worked a lot with kids in my life and help them to develop themselves. I really enjoy being with children and I have a lot of patience handling them. I am a very active person and I love being in nature. In my free time I read books specifically novels and do some sports. There's a lot of things that I am interested with most of them is about history stuff such as artifacts, old coins, stories and etc. but I am willingly to know different things as well. Aside from reading books I also love baking and singing.
After being an Au pair I would love to keep in touch with my Host family. When my Au pair journey ended and as I go back to my country I will pursue my teaching job and shared my au pair experienced to my students, friends and family as how this journey change me to become more mature, responsible and open minded person. Whenever I have a chance I would love to visit my host family and be an au pair again to a different country and family and create memories together with them in the future.
