Nanny/au pair student from France, called Sarah, looking for a nice family for 1 or 2 months from september or october :)
Dear family,
Please, let me introduce myself.
My name is Sarah, I'm 23 years old, and I'm living in Arles, a small town from the south of France.
I am studying towards a bachelor degree in Sociology at the University of Montpellier.
After graduation, I am planning to obtain a master in Education in order to become a teacher.
As I am getting a lot of free time during my final year, I was hoping to finally find the perfect family to work for :)
Unfortunatly, I have to pass a lot of exams this year, so my stay can't last more than 1 or 2 months.
I come from a bg family, so I had to take care of all my cousins. Taking them to school, making them lunch, helping them with homeworks, playing with them etc... I guess I became myself a little mommy !
On my free time, I work in a nature camp with children from 5 to 13 years old, and I really enjoy having a good time with them :)
In 2015, I had the chance to spend three months in Slovakia for an EVS. They gave me the opportunity to work in a kindergarden. And it was the most beautiful experience I ever had.
As I didn't speak slovak, I had to speak english with children. That wasn't easy at first, but as we were getting to know eachother, we finally found a way to talk together and to understand eachother.
I enjoyed everything of this work.
I'm a quiet type of person, I am kind of pacefull, and patient and I always try to take things in a positive way. I know how to listen to people, specially children. Because they need to be listened with care.
But on the other hand, I am a very creative person. On my free time, I enjoy reading, painting and drawing ; and trying to build things from paper or cardboard (once I even get to build a whole city!) And I love sharing those hobbies with children, thay always get so excited when I ask them to build me something.
But, even if I know how to have fun, I am a very responsable person, and I know how to take care of me and the others.
Now, for this last year before graduation and before trying to obtain my master in order to become a teacher, I thought that I never had the opporunity to become "fille au pair", because it was something that I wanted to do for a long time.
I really miss taking care of children, and I know that is something I could be good at. I have so much to give, and I enjoy learning from other people too.
This year may be the last year I can travel, so I would like to take the best of it, and try to remember as good as beautiful experiences as I can.
