Hello! My name is Emma and I am from Adelaide in South Australia. I will be finishing school this year, and I am hoping to travel to improve my language skills whilst seeing the world and getting to know a home away from home. I can't wait to hear from you and your family about how I could help you :) I should also let you know that my dates etc are negotiable, depending on your availability.

About me

I have a younger brother and have also worked extensively with younger students at my school through Junior (primary year levels) Science Club, coaching Middle School debating and collaborating as a student leader. I also have experience babysitting family friends and looking after younger relatives as well as a first aid certificate. I love photography, baking, all forms of art and music, writing, and have played a wide variety of sports throughout school. I am open to exploring new cultures and cuisines as I have been fortunate enough to travel extensively in the past. I am also currently learning German and would absolutely love the chance to improve my German! I believe I am hardworking, committed, kind, and passionate, and enjoy leadership such as the current position as Head Girl of my school for which I am incredibly grateful. Why do you want to be an au pair?

My dream is to be an English teacher and thus, I hope I will be able to gain experience developing your family's English language. As I have been learning German throughout school, it would be a real bonus to be able to develop my German speaking too. I can't wait to get to know you, your family, pets, and home, and immerse myself in your culture. I look forward to hearing from you :)
