Hello, my name is Mya and I am 19 years old. I grew up in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and have forever been grateful that I grew up in such a close community of people. I am a very family orientated person.
I was fortunate enough to have gone through the private schooling system for primary school and high school. I enjoyed school and hope to continue studying once I have finished my au pairing adventure. I would eventually like to pursue a career in the culinary arts or the medical field. My dream career would be to become and Obstetrician.
I am a very easy going person with a very bubbly personality once you get to know me. I am also however extremely shy to new people.
Some of my hobbies include gyming, cooking, reading and listening to music.
My parents separated when I was a baby, my father left the country and as a result I have not been able to build a relationship with him, but my mother and whole family put in every effort to raise me into the kind, caring , loving and independent woman I am today.
I grew up as the oldest child amongst all my mom's friends children and this is how I came to find my love for children as I would help out any chance I got, whether it be bathtime, bedtime, feeding time or changing a diaper, I was on it!
I hope to find a family that will help me continue living my au pairing adventure and grow my love for children even more.
