Experienced energetic nanny called Mila

Dear Parents,

I am a fun and energetic nanny with approximately six years of child care experience. I enjoy organising activities that are stimulating, fun and educational for children and use children´s own interests as a starting point to explore and grow. I have excellent cooking skills and am confident in adapting to the tastes of children whilst ensuring they have healthy meals. On occasion I also try to involve children in cooking, as a fun and creative exercise, and to teach them the value and reward of preparing home cooked meals.

I pride myself on the relationships I have developed whilst caring for children and working with families including parents, extended family members and other supporting staff. I provide prompt and regular feedback to parents about activities, observations and any concerns I have about the children, with a constructive and collaborative approach.

I am well travelled and would view travel in this role, as an opportunity. I have previous experience travelling overseas as an au pair and was comfortable with the changing contexts.

Personally, I envisage staying in London long term and I have worked with three families in London. I am keen to get started working with children again as I enjoy it and am confident in my abilities.

Should you have any further queries or interest in my application, I look forward to hearing from you.
