Au pair from Poland called Paulina, turning 18 in April, looking for a job with a friendly and honest family, starting from 1 July.
Dear family,
My name is Paulina and I'm almost
18 years old high school student. I come from Poland and I'd like to be an au pair during this summer. I speak English and Polish fluently and I have a little knowledge of Spanish and German as well. I would be available from the beginning of July to the end of August.
About me
I am trustworthy, responsible and joyful girl. I like metting new people and getting to know different cultures.
I love travelling, hiking, reading books, mountains and seas. As I live close to the sea I would prefer some coastal city like Barcelona or Malaga but I'm open to other proposition.
I am an only child but I have a lot of little cousins I take care of. I am family-minded and I spend a lot of time with my grandfathers and other members of family.
I have a tiny dog - five- year- old Maltese that I look after.
As I wrote I used to take care of my cousins and also attend to community centre run by nuns where I had some duties like for instance: helping children with their homework, preparing meals and doing things that develop creativity, talking to these less social to overcome their fears.
Currently, I'm learning to drive and I hope I will have passed driving licence by the end of June.
Why do you want to be an au pair?
I love spending time with children. I aprecciate their honest and attitude to life. I think that adults can learn a lot from this little and sweet human beings. I am prepared to teach your children English, play with them, prepare some meals and everything you want me to do with them. I can do some chores. My room will always be kept clean.
I know it's quite demanding job so I will do my best to meet your expectations.
Also I'd like to explore some new places and traditions. I think that Spain and Italy are one of the most beautiful country of Europe with picturesque landscapes.
I am looking for a friendly and honest family I could talk in English to but also I intend to improve my Spanish as I find this language adorable. I have been learning it only for few weeks and I know the basics now but I hope it will change as I acquire foreign languages quickly. I will try to learn Spanish on my own as much as I can. If my host family would be from Italy, I could start learning Italian just to feel more comfortable.
