I am Angie Katherine Ramirez Galeano, I'm 21 years old. I live in Poolesville MD , with an American host family I take care of three children, one of 7, another of 3 years and a baby of 10 months, we have a lot of fun and do many activities, I do not have to drive but I have driven in the United States on some trips I have done.
In Colombia I lived with my parents and my sister in the capital of Colombia, Bogotá, in a very cozy apartment, my family likes to make evenings of board games, we share a lot and enjoy our family time.
I study, social communication and media, I like it because I enjoy being with people, making contact with people is a great way to learn and seeking the well-being of others.
I have been caring for infants and children in private homes for the past six years, having at that time achieved an important portfolio of regular clients who are very satisfied with my services. In addition, I work as a recreation staff and I take care of children. While taking care of kids I help them out with homework, we play a lot of games and do arts and crafts, also enjoy outdoor activities, sports and going to the park.
During my time as nanny or recreation staff I have never suffered any incident or problem, I have always faced with efficiency and seriousness all the unforeseen events that may have taken place. Good communication is a key factor to solve any problem we face in our life.
Besides taking care of babies , I get along very well with older children. I like to play games, do homework with them and be there with a smile for what they need in each moment. I sincerely believe that children are my vocation
Children are the engine of every family and education should be part of everything we do with them in order to make them responsible, loving, caring, and independent adults.
I would like to be part of your family, and learn both from you and me, I would like to be treated as a relative, but above all we will have a relationship of harmony.
