Dear Families,
let me introduce myself. My name is Paula and i am eighteen years
old. My family and I live in Leverkusen, a small but charming town in Germany.
Finally, this july I will graduate high school. After this, it is my aim to
collect experiences in working in an international environment.
During my weekends, I spend most of my time outside in the nature at the
stable, riding my horse. Since I have been ten years old, I take care of
my own horse. Besides having a lot fun, it helped me to learn
how to take responsibility and how to work on my assertiveness very early.
Another ambition of mine is playing tennis with my friends from school.
Experiences taught me, that it is important to collaborate with others, to
achieve a goal together. Moreover once or twice a week, I babysit the
two children of our neighbors for two years now. Babysitting gives me an
insight in daily work with children and situations in a household.
Since I have been a young girl, I have the dream of exploring the world
on my own. My intention is to get connected with countries and cultures
abroad. I also want to collect some experiences with living independent
without all the comfort I am used to at home. But most important, I love
to work with kids and spend time with people from all over the world.
It would be a big goal for me personally, to get the chance to improve
my skills with children.
