My name is Bridgette. I am 23 years old. I'm from Nairobi, Kenya. I speak English. Swahili and a little German. My hobbies are swimming, cycling, hiking and much more. I am open, responsible and independent. I love art, poetry and nature. Chess is my favorite board game. I love children and I have gathered experience to take care of them in different circles. My childcare experience started seven years ago when my little brother was born. I always had to take care of him when my mother was away. I gave him the bottle, washed his diapers, bathed him and put him to bed. Sometimes I rocked him until he fell asleep. But the tasks have changed. Now I have to help him with his homework, clean his room and play with him. I'll take him to the park and swim, he really likes it. I am also a volunteer. I visit the orphanage where there are orphans and disabled children. I volunteer to cook and feed the children. My little brother likes to play with our neighbors and sometimes I join them. I've always enjoyed interacting with children and doing activities like playing hide and seek, painting, drawing, storytelling and much more. At home I do housework such as ironing, washing and cleaning. I also love cooking. I love dogs and like to take a walk with them.I would like to be an au pair because i love to be children. I am well prepared to be your children's big sister. Being an au pair will give me the opportunity to learn the european culture. I want to integrate into my host family activities.
