Dear Au-Pair Family,

I'm Mariana, a 19 year old girl and law student from Rio de Janeiro. As known, Rio is a big and lively city; for me, it's the perfect mix between urban and nature. As a good "carioca" (this is how we call people who live in Rio), I love going to the beach and doing outside activies - running is my favourite one.

I'm a very warmful, patient and responsable girl.You can expect me to be a pro-active, kind and easy-going person, who hardly gets in trouble or fight with anyone. This, however, doesn't mean I don't have a strong personality, but I know how to manage my defects. Now a days, I work as as intern in a law-firm and I have a really good realationship with my bosses.

I come from a big Family - my mom has 4 Brothers and 1 sister. I have 8 cousins and am the second-oldest one, and I think that's the reason I love children and always enjoyed babysitting.

I speak good English and German. If necessary,I also know how to drive.
