My name is Laura, I am 28, Irish and looking to find a job working with Children. I have little French ( A work in progress) for the moment but really want to learn and also to share the English language with others. I am very calm and patient but also am able to set boundaries clearly when needed. Love to have fun, be outdoors, creative and try new things.

I have lots of experience working with children/adolescents. My background study is in social care (Bachelor of arts honours degree) after which I worked with young people with challenging behaviors. I have returned earlier this year from 3 years of travelling in both New Zealand and Australia where I also minded children ages 1 and 3- with them I done everything from changing/bathing to park visits, painting etc. I also have a lot of experience looking after my own nieces and nephew. My partner is from France and so I have decided to move here and learn the language and culture. I would love to become a part of a good family helping to look after the children and to have a positive impact.
