Dear family, my name is Thalia, I am currently living in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. I just graduated from my Bachelor Degree from one of State University in my country, and I'm seeking new experiences after I graduated. I think Au Pair is the best choice to get my self a new experience as well as opportunity to learn new language and culture.
I always very fond of children and I have some experiences taking care of small children before. It was part time job that I do while I studied in University and I learned a lot from it. In addition I also helped tutoring some kids with English and some basic education before, so I can help with their homework too. As I mention before my objective to apply as an Au Pair is to know more about your country's culture and language, so I really appreciate if I can also be part of family rather than just be a “worker” for your family.
I also willing to do light to medium house chores for the family, as long as it's explained in detail from the beginning and not exceeding the working hours for an au pair (as in regulation). In addition, I growing in a family with a lot animal, so taking care of pets will be my pleasure.
This is my first Au Pair, and I know I must be lacking in some parts, but I will try hard to learn so I can be more useful to my host family.
