Nanny/au pair speaking fluently english, french and german looking for a job starting september 2018
Hello!
My name is Lucie, I'm french and I work currently as a german teacher near Paris.
I'm 30, I always knew I would like to travel again and renew my experience as au-pair since I have so wonderful memories of that time!
I especially like talking with children, I find it always interesting how they see things and all the clever questions they ask. I like to play games and read (or live) stories, so if your children are adventurers and "mind travelers", I would be very excited to participate in their discoveries and experiences!
I'm a very calm person, I like quiet environments even if I'm very active and dont' like to idle. I like handicrafts, building things, painting, drawing... I love to dance and I have a passion for literatur and languages. I play games in my free time and I also love bees so that I had beekeeping training course.
I'm very organized (in my previous au-pair family I was known for my skill to cook logically food supplies so nothing would get spoiled :) ). Furthermore I really believe that a family can without problem trust me in taking care of their children; I am a responsible person and my various experiences with children and teenagers taught me a lot.
I worked in 2010-2011 in an irish family with three children, a 4 years old boy, a two years old one and a baby girl only a few months old. I had to take care of all of them everyday, sometimes during the weekend and the evening too. I cooked for them and fed the baby, we did the homeworks of the oldest, I took them to school/kindergarten and we spent time together.
Younger I had a lot of experiences as baby-sitter, but au-pair means much more responsabilities since you spend more time with the children. I'm now much older, I know myself much better and I know better what I'm capable of.
For many years I taught to different "publics", from adults to 3 years old children, and the last two years I worked with teenagers from 12 to 18.
