Helen, a friendly, experienced nanny looking for a new family!

Hi, my name is Helen and I am a nanny from Australia.
I have grown up speaking English, but have travelled extensively, and have lived in Germany and Austria, which is where I learnt German. I am studying to become a teacher, as I have always loved learning and human interaction- so it definitely lies within my passions to teach.
I work at a local creche, teach Sunday school and work as a nanny one day a week for a lovely family near me. Last year, I spent time au pairing in Vienna, as well as travelling throughout Europe, Canada and Australia.
I would love to escape winter and experience the joy of getting to know a new family as one of their family members; as well as utilising my holiday break from University at that time. This being said, if it is necessary and we get on well and wish to extend my stay further that would be possible too!
I live in a big family and we were raised as a church-going family who upheld manners and genuinely loved and cared for the needs of others, and this is reflected in both how I treat people and in what I expect in return. I am easy-going and friendly face to have around the house, I'm smiley and 'happy-go-lucky' so rest assured that I'm a joy to live with :)
