My name is Lucas Souza, I'm a 25 years old Brazilian man and a dreamer since 1992.

I've been working with kids since 2011 (more than 3,000 hours of experience with kids from 11 months to 16 years old. I've been driving the kids to school, parks, friends' home, mall and activities classes (The good part is that I got my driver's license in 2011 so I have a good experience and no accidents). I also help the kids with their homework. Doing the kid's lunch box and preparing them to school. As I'm also a Music and English Teacher I've been also teaching English and about other countries' cultures. And teaching Music we have a lot of fun with funny and enjoyable activities. I am responsible for group of kids, preparing all parties and events at a school.

It's been my dream since I was very young to understand how is to be part of another family's culture. I had a dream crushed when I was 10 years old, because I was very young my parents didn't let I have an opportunity to be part of a government exchange progra, But now, it's my time to go to the USA.
