Dear Family,
My name is Alba Fernandez, I live in Spain and I am an AuPair!
I am also a college student, English teacher for young children and ballet dancer.

I am a very artsy, bubbly open minded girl. I consider myself to be responsible, loving and easy going. I have a younger brother, and, since I consider my last host family my own family, I also have two younger sisters.

I am majoring in Journalism in the University of Zaragoza and I also attend ballet lessons and work as an English teacher for children aged 3 to 9.

A few years ago I got a scholarship and moved to the United States where I stayed with my host family, there I helped around with some house work, but mainly worked with my younger host sister in her homework and taught her Spanish and dance.
My favorite things to do are traveling the world and making new friends!

I believe you can learn as much from children as they can learn from you. I think it is a very fulfilling task to take care of them, and being an AuPair you get the chance to do this while exploring a whole different country!
