We live in a larger house on the edge of the town of Ripon in North Yorkshire. I am English and my wife is originally Zimbabwean. Our fabulous daughter is nearly 2 and a half and we are expecting another daughter in January. We want someone to join us for a longer period to work with us raising our children and helping to run the household. That will include housework, driving and helping to inspire and educate our daughters.
We like to travel and hope our nanny/au pair will join us.
A good cook would be a bonus. We eat healthy healthy nutritional meals and cook all of our daughter's food from fresh.
A confident proficient driver is also essential.
Our home has separate accommodation for our nanny/au pair. That includes a living room, bedroom and en-suite

I (mum) work as a translator and my job entails travelling to different cities on a daily basis at various times of the day and night. I am also Romanian and started my journey in the UK as an aupair myself many years ago. You will of course be able to speak to me in Romanian and we would like you to speak to Jack in Romanian as we want him to be fluent in both English and Romanian. You will have to speak to Michael (dad) in English, but please don't worry about your level of English. We will help you improve your English. Michael is actually trying to learn Romanian as well.

Our home is in Maida Vale next to Paddington Recreation Park and the school/daycare is in Ladbroke Grove.
We may require some help with preparing something light for my son to eat if we have not prepared anything or bathing him perhaps (can be discussed).
Need someone who likes to play with children as my son is social and playful and loves role play.
It will be to help me (mum) whilst I am at work because Dad travels a lot.
There will be a short break in December and possibly January but if all goes well the role will continue into 2020 and onwards.
Also, open to child minders who live in the Maida Vale area.

We love trekking, going to parks and museums, watching theatre and cinema as a family. We are also flexible with hours and try to work around the needs of our current nanny. We know its not easy to make new friends in a strange country striaght away so when our nanny doesn't have any wknd plans then we include her in our family outings, dinner outs , Picnics etc.
